Abdou Fall is an African from the diaspora. He is CEO of
Pulsar Technologies and Director of African Operations for
the American company Global Connective Center LLC.
Abdou has more than 35 years of experience in Europe and
Africa, having worked for leading companies such as
Nortel Networks Europe, IBM, Samsung WCA and the
USAID/Power Africa project, among others.
His professional career of more than 35 years within world-renowned
companies has enabled him to acquire solid and proven experience in
technological innovations, financing and project management in the
areas of digital transformation, energy transition, smart agriculture
(Agri-Tech), development of the rural digital economy and
development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which
represent more than 95% of companies in sub-Saharan Africa.
